A team built on craftsmanship and care

At the helm of Mason Marine Industries is Director Harley Mason, a trade-qualified boat builder whose journey began with a school-based apprenticeship at Riviera Marine on the Gold Coast in the 1990s. Since then, Harley has dedicated his career to upholding and advancing the standards of Australian marine craftsmanship.
He leads a skilled team of master welders and fabricators, bringing decades of experience to every vessel’s foundation. Once fabrication is complete, our boats are handed over to our world-class carpentry teams, who transform every space with custom pieces and finishes defined by precision and artistry.
Supporting each project is a trusted crew of trade assistants and labourers, ensuring seamless progress across every stage of construction and refit. Together, they form a collaborative force dedicated to turning raw materials into vessels that embody strength, performance and beauty.
At Mason Marine Industries, we’re also investing in the future of marine craft construction. With apprentices currently completing Certificate III qualifications in Marine Craft Construction - and many more who’ve become trade-qualified welders/fabricators under the mentorship of our senior team - we’re proud to nurture the next generation of Bundaberg boat builders.
