Launched in 2022, M.V. Margaret is a bespoke 14.6-metre houseboat created to blend contemporary living with the natural beauty of the Noosa River.
Built by our expert craftsmen in Bundaberg, she reflects a vision of “a floating two-bedroom luxury apartment,” brought to life with the craftsmanship of a world-class design and build team.
Every element of Margaret is designed to celebrate her setting. Expansive glazing floods the interiors with light and uninterrupted river views, while performance glass and concealed blinds ensure privacy and comfort. Sliding doors and fold-down balconies dissolve boundaries between inside and out, connecting spacious saloons with shaded decks and a hydraulic swim platform at the water’s edge.
Her interiors are light, modern and family-oriented, with American oak, teak, and custom-built furnishings chosen for warmth and durability. Multi-functional spaces transform with ease: a second saloon converts into a guest stateroom, lounge seating becomes formal dining for twenty, and entertainment areas open wide to invite in breezes and sunsets.
Accommodation is refined yet practical, with a main-deck owner’s suite and the flexibility to host up to ten overnight guests. On the upper deck, a lounge retreat and observation area flow onto an open terrace, making it as well suited to tranquil mornings as it is to evenings with family and friends.
Though designed foremost for relaxation, Margaret is equally capable under way. Twin Yamaha outboards and advanced digital controls provide smooth handling and the freedom to explore the river’s reaches, while her shallow draft ensures effortless beaching and close-shore access. Solar, battery and desalination systems deliver sustainable independence, supporting extended stays in comfort.
